Guest Comment Forms which we receive at the end of every guest’s stay are regularly monitored by the Quality control department. As far as possible we try to implement the improvements or suggested reforms with our suppliers as well.
These comments
also give us an insight into customer satisfaction, and help us in planning
future programs.
We consider a continuous training program to be of vital importance to the growth of not only our company, but for individual development and growth as well.
Thus, when our more experienced staff moves to senior positions within the company, we already have a well trained pool from which to draw the next generation.
